Box Score Pregame
Mission is the home team in this match at Hilly Beck Court at W.E. Dowell Fieldhouse. Mission is hosting an AMC Quad-Match that also involves the Crowley's Ridge Lady Pioneers, the Cottey College Lady Comets, and the Hannibal-LaGrange Lady Trojans. This is the final match of the day at W.E. Dowell Fieldhouse, with Mission opening the day with a sweep over Crowley's Ridge. Mission enters 14-17 overall and 10-7 in conference play. Hannibal-LaGrange (Lady Trojans) is 3-22 overall and 1-10 within the conference. They have played once before, when Mission swept the match 3-0. 

Set 1 (19-25 Hannibal)
Mission opens the game with a cross-court kill from Cora Duit. Both teams have settled into this one early, tied at four apiece. A couple of Lady Patriot errors, and it has Hannibal in the lead 5-7. A long rally ends with a Lady Trojan point, increasing their lead to 5-8. Coach Taylor calls a timeout for Mission as they trail 5-11 (Hannibal)  in set one. Allie Czachowski gets the Lady Patriots back on track as she earns a point by way of a kill, 6-11, Hannibal. The Mission offense is starting to find rhythm now as Abbi Street sends an ace over, 8-11 Lady Trojans. Another ace for Abbi Street, back to back, and the Lady Trojans are forced to call a time out, 9-11 Hannibal. Missions scores six straight unanswered points to climb all the way back and tie the match at eleven. Allie Czachowski gets in on the aces with one of her own, 13-12 Lady Patriots. Sarah Purcell with a kill and Mission has once again tied the match, now at fifteen. Sarah Purcell back at the net, this time with a block, 17-15 Lady Patriots. Shelby Evans with a kill to cut the lead to one now, 18-19 Hannibal. Time out called by Mission as they trail 18-21 deep into the first set. Hannibal takes the first set 19-25. 

Set 2 (25-19 Mission)
Mission strikes first in the second set, 1-0 Lady Patriots. It is an even game to start the second set as both teams have gotten four points each. Hannibal is starting to find momentum now as they lead it 4-6. The Lady Patriots are still trying to find their footing in this second set; they remain behind by two, 8-10 Lady Trojans. About midway through this first set and both teams are battling, deadlocked at thirteen even. Abbi Street gets a kill and ties it back up after Hnnibal took the advantage, 14-14. Mission leads by two now and looks to pull away from Hannibal as we get late into the set. The Lady Trojans call time as Mission adds another point, 18-15 Lady Patriots. Abbi Street capitalizes with yet another kill, 19-15 Mission. A service error for the Lady Trojans has Mission two points away from taking the set, 23-19 Mission. Abbi Street ends the set with a kill, 25-19 Lady Patriots. 

Set 3 (25-8 Mission)
Set three starts off with an Abbi Street kill, into a Shelby Evans kill, 1-0 Mission. Allie Czachowski catches Hannibal off guard and scores the point for the Lady Patriots, 4-0 Mission. A strong start to the third set for Mission as they lead the Lady Trojans, 7-1 Mission. The Lady Patriots have strung together great offensive and defensive possessions and lead 10-3. Hannah Maxwell and Sarah Purcell get up for the block and extend the Mission lead to 13-3. Rylea King gets an ace to put Mission up 15-4, and Hannibal is forced to call a timeout. Out of the timeout, Shelby Evans sends a kill across the net, 16-4 Lady Patriots. Allie Czachowski gets a kill and helps build the Mission momentum, now 21-6 Lady Patriots. Sarah and Cora Duit combine for a block to close out the set, Lady Patriots win 25-8 in dominating fashion.

Set 4 (25-14 Mission)
The Lady Patriots get the scoring started quickly in the fourth set with an ace from Hannah Maxwell, 1-0 Mission. It has been all Mission in this fourth set, now with another ace from Hannha Maxwell to make it 5-0 Mission. Timeout Lady Trojans as Mission has jumped out to a nine-point lead, 11-2 Lady Patriots. Sarah Purcell gets a big block at the net, pushing Mission's lead to 14-5. Shelby Evans is back at it with a kill and has Mission up 17-8. A diving attempt by Rylea King saves the rally for Mission and earns them a point on the back end, 18-9 Lady Patriots. The Lady Trojans call a timeout as Mission is five points away from taking the match, 20-9 Lady Patriots. Allie Czachowski couldn't get her block to land, so she kills it instead, 23-12 Lady Patriots. Sequoia Cronlund comes with a block and a kill to finish off the game for the Lady Patriots. Mission wins the fourth set 25-14, and wins the match overall.

Post Game
The Lady Patriots win both of their AMC Quad games with an impressive home stand. In a rematch with HLGU, Mission wins in four sets over the Lady Trojans. With that, Mission concludes its regular season 15-17 overall and 11-7 in the conference. All eyes for the Lady Patriots now shift towards the AMC tournament next week. Mission will be the fourth-ranked seed in the tournament and take on Central Baptist College (#5) on Friday, November 14, at 10:00 AM.
