Mission University Soccer is heading into a new era with the addition of Head Coach Anthony Grant. Coach Grant brings with him extensive playing and coaching experience that will bring a level of excitement to the Mission University campus, the likes that have yet happened. Coach Grant has playing experience in the United Soccer League Championships, the Redstripe Premier League, National Independent Soccer Association, and the Major Arena Soccer League. While in the MASL he played for the Kansas City Comets, Syracuse Silver Knights, and the St. Louis Ambush. With the Ambush he scored 56 goals in 56 games. These two are planning on re-energizing a fledgling program. Current plans include implementing an ID Camp to showcase local talent for potential recruits. Part of the Coach Grant's reshaping efforts also include a well-planned off-season conditioning program for the soccer players to help prepare them for the coming season.
