High School accolades include: 2020 National Tournament MVP and Christian Character Award, 2021 Fort Wayne, Indiana Volleyball Classic Second Team MVP, and 2022 Licking Camp Tournament All-Tournament Team.

In her free time, Sequoia enjoys reading and playing softball.

Sequoia's favorite Bible verses are: Romans 8:1   Therefore there is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the spirit.    Philippians 4:8   Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think about such things.

After graduation, Sequoia plans on joining a Christian counseling organization and doing what she can to help people who are in need and healing, using God.
