Taylor Baker

Taylor Baker is transitioning from the Assistant Coach role to the Head Coach for the 2025 season.  Taylor graduated from Bartlesville High School in Oklahoma where she was a four-year starting libero.  Two of those four years, she and her teammates appeared in the Class 6A state tournament.  She also was a member of the Bartlesville Juniors for six seasons.  Taylor has her Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration and a Master's Degree in Education. 

Since graduating from college, Taylor has taught Physical Education and coached at several area schools.  Her high school coaching stops include: Marionville, Fordland, Springfield Public Schools, and most recently, Nixa.  She has been a part of Nixa's recent success of winning two Central Ozark Conference championships.  Taylor stays busy by also coaching for USAV Club Volleyball for 417 Juniors Volleyball.
