Coach Schrum brings a strong background in competitive volleyball and a growing coaching résumé to her second season with the Tamales. A former standout setter, Molly played five years of volleyball with Club COMO and was a key player at Southern Boone County High School. During her playing career, she earned multiple All-Conference and All-District honors and set the school record for assists.

With an unending love for the game and a strong foundation in both strategy and skill-building, Coach Molly is dedicated to helping athletes excel on and off the court.
