Mission University

Jocelyn Cunningham brings over 18 years of experience in the game of softball to her role as Assistant Softball Coach and Pitching Coach at Mission University. From Farmington Missouri, Cunningham was a four-year varsity athlete from 2017–2021 and earned Female Athlete of the Year honors in 2021.

She continued her softball career at St. Charles Community College (2021–2023), where she excelled as a pitcher and earned All-Region recognition at the JUCO level. Cunningham later transferred to Mission University, competing as a third baseman from 2023–2025 and gaining valuable experience being part of the NAIA.

Having played the sport for 17 years, Cunningham has developed a deep love for the game and a strong appreciation for the impact softball has on athletes both on and off the field. She is passionate about player development and finds great fulfillment in helping athletes grow, compete, and experience the joy the sport brings.
