ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Mission University Softball earned a pair of conference victories on Monday, sweeping Harris-Stowe State University 9–0 and 11–6 at Stars Park.
Game One: Mission 9, Harris-Stowe 0 (5 innings)
The Patriots opened the doubleheader with a 9–0 run-rule victory, using timely hitting and strong pitching to control the game from start to finish.
Mission totaled 10 hits in the opener, with contributions throughout the lineup. Haley Frillman and Maggie Painter each drove in multiple runs, while Kloe Hendrickson added an RBI as part of a balanced offensive effort.
In the circle, Hailey Presley was dominant, tossing a complete-game shutout over five innings while allowing just two hits and striking out three.
A big fifth inning helped Mission pull away and secure the early finish.
Game Two: Mission 11, Harris-Stowe 6
The Patriots carried their momentum into game two, using a big middle inning to earn an 11–6 victory and complete the sweep.
Mission finished with 11 hits, led by Kloe Hendrickson, Apryl Zeno, and Courtney Merrell, who each recorded multiple hits. Haley Frillman and Maddie Good delivered key RBIs during a decisive stretch that gave the Patriots separation.
Jillian McDaniel earned the win in the circle, with Kate Potter providing solid relief to close out the game.

With the sweep, Mission continues its push in AMC play and will remain on the road for another key conference doubleheader against UHSP.
