Ozark, Mo. – March 17, 2026 – The Mission Patriots erased an early deficit with a powerful offensive response, defeating Calvary College 10-7 in a non-conference matchup at home.

Mission returned home looking to bounce back after a tough conference series, hosting Calvary in a midweek non-conference contest.
Game Summary
Calvary jumped out to a commanding start, plating four runs in the first inning and adding two more in the second to take a 6-1 lead early.
Despite the deficit, Mission began chipping away. Drew Vaughan scored on a wild pitch in the second, and the Patriots continued to apply pressure heading into the middle innings.
Mission broke through in the fourth inning when Sam Golden delivered a two-run single, cutting the deficit to 6-4. The Patriots kept the momentum going in the fifth, scoring twice more—highlighted by a run scoring on catcher's interference and a sacrifice fly from Kaedan Thompson—to tie the game at 6-6.
The decisive moment came in the sixth inning. Ryan Free launched a two-run home run to give Mission its first lead of the game, and shortly after, Trey Mulholland ripped a two-run double to extend the advantage to 10-6.
