Mission Sweeps Conference Series with Offensive Explosion at Home

Ozark, Mo. – March 20–21, 2026 – Playing at Ozark Mountain Sports Complex, the Mission Patriots delivered a dominant performance across all three games, sweeping Crowley's Ridge College in conference action.


Pregame

Mission returned home looking to build momentum in conference play, hosting a three-game set against Crowley's Ridge. The Patriots entered the weekend ready to capitalize on home-field advantage—and did just that in emphatic fashion.


Game 1 – Mission 19, Crowley's Ridge 4

Crowley's Ridge struck first with two runs in the opening inning, but Mission quickly responded and completely took control of the game.

After getting on the board in the first, the Patriots erupted in the second inning with an 11-run explosion. The rally featured key hits from Zachary Beatty, Sam Golden, and Carter Vienhage, along with aggressive baserunning and capitalizing on multiple wild pitches.

Mission continued to pour it on in the third with four more runs, highlighted by a two-RBI double from Kadean Jacobs and a sacrifice fly from Carter Vienhage.

The Patriots added three more in the fifth, including a two-run homer from Trey Mulholland, pushing the lead to 19-4.

On the mound, Mulholland went the distance, allowing just one earned run while striking out seven to secure the run-rule victory.


Game 2 – Mission 16, Crowley's Ridge 0

Mission carried its momentum into Game 2 with another dominant performance, shutting out Crowley's Ridge behind a complete-game effort from Jude Tenny.

After a quiet start, Mission broke through in the second inning on a sacrifice fly from Kadean Jacobs.

The Patriots blew the game open in the third inning, scoring five runs, including a bases-clearing triple from Collin Miser.

Mission continued to add on with two runs in the fourth, five more in the fifth, and three in the sixth. Contributions came across the lineup, including RBIs from Kaedan Thompson, Sam Golden, and Gabriel Salazar.

Tenny was in full control on the mound, allowing just two hits across seven shutout innings as Mission secured the 16-0 win.


Game 3 – Mission 11, Crowley's Ridge 5

Mission completed the sweep with another strong offensive showing in the series finale.

Crowley's Ridge scored early, but Mission responded immediately with a five-run first inning. The inning featured RBI doubles from Trey Mulholland, Collin Miser, and Kaedan Thompson, along with a sacrifice fly from Sam Golden.

The Patriots added another run in the second and extended the lead in the third with three more runs, taking advantage of wild pitches and consistent pressure at the plate.

Mission continued to build its lead with runs in the fourth and fifth innings, including an RBI double from Carter Vienhage.

Crowley's Ridge showed life with a multi-run third and a solo homer in the eighth, but Mission's bullpen held firm to secure the 11-5 victory.

The sweep strengthens Mission's position in conference play and builds significant momentum heading into the next stretch of games.
