Springfield, Missouri-  The Patriots once again, started off well, scoring a run in the top half of the first inning.  That run was a Landon Richards home run.  In the third inning, Tate Wheeler single to start things off, but was thrown out trying to steal second.  Richards was next up, and walked.  Sam Golden singled to center field.  Dylan Blehm then homered to clear the bases and give BBC a 4-0 lead.  The Eagles got a run back in the bottom of the third inning, then exploded for four runs in the bottom half of the fourth inning to take the lead 5-4.  The Patriots bounced right back in the top of the fifth to take the lead back.  With two outs, Drew Wheeler singled to left.  Kam Grant followed him with a single.  Haden Parton then pounded a home run to score three runs to put BBC up 7-5.  In the sixth inning BBC added more.  Jayton Cromer singled to center, then T. Wheeler singled to right, and Cromer advanced to third.  Richards picked up another RBI when he sacrificed to center field to score Cromer.  Golden followed that up with a two-run homer.  OWU countered with two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to cut the deficit to 10-7.  The game began to fall apart in the bottom of the eighth inning for the Patriots when the Eagles plated three runs to tie the contest, 10-10.  In the bottom of the ninth inning, the leadoff batter for the Eagles laced a triple to the center field gap and then the next batter hit a sacrifice fly to centerfield to score the game winner.
