Aaron Kutilek, a baseball lifer from the St. Louis Metro Area, has been coaching amateur baseball since the summer of 1992. The bulk of his coaching career was with the Jefferson County Blazers Baseball Club. He also coached baseball and softball at both Fox High School and Seckman High School, both are in the Fox C-6 School District in Arnold, MO. Kutilek, most recently, coached at St. Louis Community College from 2019-2022, serving as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. After a Mid-May move from Arnold, MO to Nixa, MO he coached in the Show Me Collegiate League with the White River Cobras. On his baseball journey Kutilek has encountered countless athletes that have had the opportunity to play at the collegiate level and beyond. He has had several MLB Draft Picks and has enjoyed watching several of his players play professionally with 3 reaching the major league level. He is most proud of the many former players that now are involved in baseball after their playing days ended. Kutilek has 2 former players that work for major league clubs, one is an advanced scout with the Royals and another an amateur scouting coordinator with the Guardians. He has several former players that are high school head coaches in the St. Louis metro area and even more that assistants at the high school level.

Coach Kutilek will be the Baseball Recruiting Coordinator as well as being an Assistant Baseball Coach.  In 2023, Coach Kutilek has also taken on the responsibility of being the lead recruiter for the Women's Softball program, which is just now beginning.

Last season, Coach Kutilek was a key ingredient in the success the Baseball Pats enjoyed as the squad made the National Tournament, finishing with a 40-21 record.  He looks forward to helping athletes grow academically, athletically, but most important, spiritually!
