Anthony Grant is a Jamaican footballer player who played in the United Soccer League Championship (USL), Redstripe Premier League, National Independent Soccer Association (NISA), and the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL).
Prior to playing professionally, Grant played two years at the University of the West Indies where he amassed a total of 45 goals. He then transferred to McKendree University in 2011 where the team went 17-1 and Grant broke the school's record for goals, 23, and points, 56, for a single season from just 16 games. he then transferred to Bowling Green State Universityin the Spring of 2012. While there, he was named the Mid American Conference Rookie of the Year, First Team all-MAC, First Team All-Ohio, and First Team All-Ohio Academic.
Grant played for the Michigan Bucks during the Summer of 2012 where he led the team to the All-League Title and a historic U.S. Open Cup run.
In 2014 Grant represented Seacoast United in the USL 2 Summer Tournament and was a finalist for the Most Valuable Player award after scoring 14 goals that season. He then followed that up in 2015 with the Most Valuable Player and the Golden Boot Award while playing with the Phantoms.
Grant signed with the USL team Richmond Kickers in August, 2015. He appeared in over 45 games for the Kickers during his tenure that ended in 2017.
Grant also played in the MASL for the Kansas City Comets, Syracuse Silver Knights, and the St. Louis Ambush where he amassed 56 goals in 56 games played.
