Location-  BBC (US Ballpark) Ozark, Missouri
Springfield, Missouri-  The Patriots took an early lead, then the Mustangs rallied to take the lead.  The Patriots then forced an extra inning and won the game.  BBC got the offense going in the opening inning when they had five singles and a walk that led to a 3-0 lead.  Tate Wheeler singled, Landon Richards singled, followed by a Dylan Blehm single that loaded the bases with no outs.  Haden Parton walked to force in T. Wheeler. Kam Grant grounded out to second base to plate Richards, but it also resulted in a double play.  Drew Wheeler followed that with a single of his own to score Blehm.  Brennan Montgomery singled to have runners on first and third.  However, that would be all the Patriotswould get in the inning.  The Mustangs got right back into the game in the top half of the second inning when they scored two runs.
BBC was able to get two more runs in the bottom of the third inning when Parton hit a one out double, followed by a Grant double.  Montgomery reached on an error by the first baseman, then Grant Merryman singled home Grant for an unearned run and a 5-2 lead.
Neither team scored again until the Mustangs plated four runs in the top of the sixth inning to take a 6-5 lead.  The Patriots managed to tie the game in the bottom of the sixth.  Merryman walked, then stole second base.  He then stole third base and scored when T. Wheeler hit a deep sacrifice fly to centerfield, 6-6.
Neither team managed to score in the seventh inning so the game went to an eighth inning.  T. Wheeler, who had come into relief D. Wheeler in the seventh inning, then set CBC down in order in the top of the eighth.  In the bottom half, BBC scored an unearned run to win the game, 7-6.  Sam Golden came in to pinch hit and doubled deep to left-center.  Kyle Brattin was called upon to pinch run for Golden.  He was moved over to third base when Merryman grounded out to second base.  With Elijah Nadurata up pinch-hitting, the CBC pitcher through a catchable pitch to the catcher, who let it get passed him, and Brattin scored from third.
